পাথর প্রতিমায় গ্যারেজ দোকানে অজানা দুর্বৃত্তরা তালা ভেঙে

২৩ শে ও ২৪ শে আগস্ট মধ্যরাতে পাথরপ্রতিমা থানার অন্তর্গত দক্ষিণ লক্ষ্মীনারায়ণপুরের জনৈক সৌমিত্র মন্ডলের গ্যারেজ দোকানে অজানা দুর্বৃত্তরা তালা ভেঙে সেখান থেকে বিভিন্ন মেশিনের যন্ত্রাংশ কেড়ে নিয়ে যায়। এই ঘটনার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে পাথরপ্রতিমা থানায় ৪৬১/৩৭৯ আইপিসি ধারাতে একটি মামলা রেকর্ড করা হয়েছে। তদন্তের সময় 

১. লক্ষ্মীনারায়ণপুরের চন্দ্র কান্ত কামিলা (২৮),

পশ্চিম দ্বারিকাপুরের

২. সমরেশ মন্ডল (৩২)

৩. বিমল মাইতি (৪২), পিএস- পাথরপ্রতিমা

২৪.৮.২০ তারিখ তাদের গ্রেপ্তার করা হয়েছিল। অভিযুক্ত তিনজনকেই ২৫.৮.২০ তারিখে পুলিশ রিমান্ডে নেওয়া হয়েছে এবং তাদের স্বীকারোক্তিমূলক জবানবন্দি অনুসারে চুরি হওয়া সমস্ত সামগ্রী যেমন একটি ওয়েল্ডিং মেশিন, একটি হ্যান্ড কাটার মেশিন, একটি ড্রিল মেশিন উদ্ধার করা হয়েছে।

On the intervening night of 23rd and 24th August 2020, unknown miscreants committed theft in the  garrage shop of one Soumitra Mondal of Dakshin Laxminarayanpur, PS- Patharpratima after breaking open the lock and took away different machine parts from there. Over this issue, a case was recorded at Patharpratima PS U/s 461/379 IPC. Durning investigation accused  

Chandra kanta kamila (28) of Laxminarayanpur,

Samaresh mondal (32) of Paschim Dwarikapur

Bimal maity (42) of Do, PS- Patharpratima

were arrested on 24.8.20. All the three accused persons were taken in Police remand on 25.8.20 and as per their confessional statement all the stolen articles ie One welding machine, One hand cutter machine, One drill machine have been recovered.
